Cancellation Policy

For standard pricing your event must be located in the Gillette Wyoming area. For out of town pricing please contact directly for a quote. Full Refunds will only be given if your event is more than a month out. A partial refund will be given if your event is more than two weeks out. No refunds are given if cancellation happens within the two week to event window. When booking you accept the current design board. If you would like a themed board you must get artists written approval at least 2 weeks in advance. Be advised, the paint used is skin safe paint but adverse reaction, allergic or otherwise may occur. We also aim to provide a high level of sanitation but cross contamination from face to face may occur. You accept all liability and hold Lyra Productions and its affiliates, staff members and owners harmless for any damages to you and your guests. You are also responsible for the behaviors of your guests, Lyra Productions will not provide supervision for guests or children. The artist is entitled to a 15 minute break every hour, no discounts will be given for this time.
